Fuckn Formats

I would just like to apologize for the people who view my blog that can't see the entire videos or pictures that I embed into it because of their browser (heh, almost misspelled that as Bowser -
). But it's likely it's my stupid unadjustable template I use for this site.

Can anyone find a solution to this problem??
